Adore Decor was born from Katrina’s lifelong love of design, the kind that took root when she was a little girl who already knew she wanted to do something creative with homes and interiors. That instinct showed up early: as a high schooler working at a Bay Area Pier 1 Imports, her window displays started drawing more customers through the door, and her manager began handing her creative freedom over the storefront. It was one of the first times she saw just how much a space can shape the way people feel and whether they walk in at all.
Right out of high school, Katrina got her first hands-on experience preparing and styling homes for sale, working alongside a professional home stager. She went on to study interior design formally, then continued building her expertise as a Design Studio Specialist at Pottery Barn and through seasonal design work with Crate & Barrel. Years later, that lifelong passion became Adore Decor.
Our Story
Adore Decor is a true partnership. Jack brings an entirely different set of strengths to the business. After years in a demanding corporate career, he made the decision to step away from the high-stress professional world and put his experience toward building something of their own. Along with a natural eye for design, he brings extensive training in logistics, strategic planning, and business operations.
Those skills shape everything happening behind the scenes: staging isn’t only about choosing beautiful furniture, it takes careful coordination, inventory management, transportation, and the ability to pull an entire project together efficiently. Jack also brings a hands-on element to what we offer in addition to staging, he assists with light handyman work, minor curb-appeal improvements, and junk hauling, helping clients handle the final details that can make a real difference before a home hits the market.

Our Mission
Together, Katrina and Jack bring two different strengths to every project: design and creativity, paired with strategy, logistics, and hands-on problem-solving. We love incorporating current design trends, but we never want a staged property to feel cold, generic, or like another cookie-cutter model home. We believe buyers should walk into a house and immediately be able to imagine a life there.
Every property has something different to offer, and we love finding the details that bring out that potential, whether that means fully staging a vacant home, refreshing a space that’s still lived-in, improving curb appeal, or simply helping a property feel finished and ready for its next chapter. Our goal is always the same: spaces that feel elevated, current, and quietly, genuinely like home.
